The campaign for Mercy Health — Anderson Hospital

Building on our past. Innovating for the future.

We’re building for you at Mercy Health — Anderson Hospital.  Focused on your care, safety and comfort, we’re transforming our campus to ensure that you and your loved ones have the best experience possible, right here in our community.

When our renovation and expansion is complete in August 2016, you’ll discover a whole new hospital built with you in mind, with noteworthy enhancements in surgical, orthopedic, maternity and rehab care.

For more than 30 years, our dedicated team has taken great pride in providing for our neighbors on Greater Cincinnati’s east side. Our roots run even deeper, to our founding in 1942 as Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Mariemont. Today more than half of all east side residents rely on Mercy Health for advanced, quality, compassionate care. With patients from Anderson to Adams County, we serve all who need us and partner with our community to make the east side a better place to live, work and play.

New opportunities for healing and caring

No one wants to be in the hospital. But when you’re here, you expect advanced treatment, caring professionals and an environment that helps you be well in body, mind and spirit. Renovations and expansions at Mercy Health — Anderson Hospital are updating our 30-year-old facilities for the 21st century so we can meet — and surpass — your expectations. As the new five-story tower grows and renovations are made to existing space, here are key things to know:

  • All patient rooms will be private
  • New chapel and sacred art inspire
  • New inpatient rehabilitation unit is coming
  • Intensive care units and operating rooms expand
  • New public spaces are calming and comfortable
  • New family birthing center is coming (2017)
