Mercy Health takes seriously its mission to provide healing to members of our community, with a special emphasis on caring for the poor and under-served. With an end-of-year donation, you can make an impact in the lives of our neighbors who struggle to afford the medications and treatments they need and in overall patient care overall.

In 2019 alone, Mercy Health Foundation - Cincinnati provided $3.2 million to support the following care initiatives in Cincinnati:

  • The Mercy Care clinic and the Health Partnership program, which provide patients in need with access to quality care
  • Patient assistance programs that cover the cost of physical rehabilitation, travel, emergency assistance and more
  • Increased access to psychologists to address growing mental health and behavioral health service needs
  • Advanced breast cancer surgery technology
  • Access to counseling, provider and family education in oncology units
  • Harm reduction initiatives in response to the opiate crisis
  • Senior health and housing services
  • Lucas™ mechanical chest compression devices for Mercy Health’s acute sites and free-standing emergency centers
  • An upgrade of the infant security system in a family birthing center
  • Ongoing provider education in the areas of nursing, pharmacy, medical education and more

Mercy Health Foundation is committed to raising funds to provide healthcare services to our community's most vulnerable, regardless of their ability to pay. Mercy Health will provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for every person who needs it — even when no one else will.

Together, we can care for the poor when they need it most — and bless our communities with health, dignity and peace this holiday season.
