Mercy Health’s Advanced Practice Providers Council is pleased to continue its 2019 Advanced Practice Providers Continuing Medical Education Series with a discussion on 12 Lead EKG Interpretation.
Mercy Health’s Advanced Practice Providers Council is offering this learning event for all advanced practice providers who are interested in increasing their knowledge relative to the 12 lead EKG system.
Nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, nurse anesthetists, clinical nurse specialists, and physician assistants.
At the conclusion of this event, participants will be familiar with:
(1) Both common and less common conditions which can be identified through 12 lead EKG, (2) appropriate timing and rationale for patient referral to specialty providers, (3) the varying approaches to treatment of arrhythmias, and (4) Mercy Health resources to support patients with cardiac complications resulting from arrhythmia.
The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physician assistants and is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
